1. Intellectual Property & Photo Protection
All content displayed on this website–including but not limited to text, logo designs, custom space plans, mood boards, blog posts, and original project photography–is the sole intellectual property of Atelier Evangeline. You may not download, copy, screenshot, redistribute, or use any images or content from this site for commercial or personal use without our express written permission.
2. Professional Services & Payment Terms
We provide professional interior design and home organization services. To officially secure any project date or timeline, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated service fee is due at time of booking.
* Single-Session Services: The remaining 50% balance is due 72 hours prior to commencement of project work.
* Multi-Session Projects: A customized payment schedule for the remaining balance will be outlined within the individual Service Agreement.
* Deposit Rule: For both Single-Session and Multi-Session projects, a 50% deposit at time of booking is standard and strictly required to secure our services.
* Organizing & Storage Materials: The cost of all physical storage solutions, containers, and organizing materials is the sole financial responsibility of the client. The specific materials needed will be determined and decided upon after the initial editing and decluttering stage of the project is complete.
* Interior Design Services: Because the nature of design services can vary greatly, all interior design plans, timelines, and payment structures are outlined on an individual basis within the client Service Agreement.
3. Priority of Your Signed Client Contract
We require all hiring clients to sign a formal, individual Service Agreement before hands-on work begins. In the event of any conflict, contradiction, or misunderstanding between these general website Terms and Conditions and your individual signed Service Agreement, the terms of your signed Service Agreement shall always control and take priority.
4. Website Content & Blog Disclaimer
The information, organizational ideas, and design tips provided on this website (including our blog) are for general inspirational and educational purposes only. While we strive to provide helpful advice, any action you take based on the information on this website is strictly at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or DIY mishaps that occur from attempting projects or organization methods shown on this site.
